    2 Cups of Cooked Chick Peas
    1 Lemon - squeezed
    2 tblspns Toasted Sesame Oil
    ¼ Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp of unhulled Tahini
    1 Level tsp of Celtic Salt
    2 Beads of Garlic - Peeled

    ½ Cup of Water
    Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend til smooth.
    (can be frozen in portions).

    Cook your favourite pasta and top with Hommos and chopped Parsley.

    Semi Dried Tomato & Macadamia Dip

    2 cups of Semi Dried Tomatoes
    1 cup Macadamia Nuts
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 bead garlic

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Use a little water if the mixture is too thick.

    Cook your favourite gluten free pasta and top with Tomato dip and fresh chopped Basil Leaves. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil.

    You could also add some mushrooms to the mix.
