    Raw Cacao Chocolatwatch-video-webe Goji Balls
    Raw, Dairy and Gluten Free


    2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
    2 tbsp Carob Powder
    3 tbsp Honey or Raw Agave
    1 cup Walnuts
    1 cup hazelnuts
    2 cups shredded Coconut
    1 cup Goji Berries
    1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Pinch Celtic Salt

    Extra coconut for rolling balls.

    Place nuts in a food processor and blend until nuts are roughly chopped. Place chopped nuts and remaining ingredients in a bowl and combine.
    Place a cup of shredded coconut in a separate bowl.
    Pick up 1 full tablespoon of mixture and place in the palm of your hand. Place both hands together and compress into a ball, then roll in coconut. Compress again.
    The ball should be about the size of a golf ball. Place in a container and keep in the fridge or freezer.
